I invite you to join me for a unique experience of tasting authentic Hasawi hospitality within my home. Beginning with Saudi coffee served alongside dates, and including the traditional bridal milk drink, a beverage that was once served at special occasions. I would be honored to welcome you with the warmth and generosity that reflect the deep-rooted traditions of Al-Ahsa. Upon your arrival, you’ll immediately feel the warmth and comfort as if you were in your own home, in an atmosphere filled with connection and harmony.
After our welcoming session, we’ll embark on a journey to uncover the secrets of traditional Hasawi cuisine. I will introduce you to some of the region's most beloved dishes, from Aseeda—a delightful blend of sweetness and softness—to traditional flatbread known as Al-Massah or Ruqaq bread, which is an integral part of our heritage. I’ll guide you through the preparation of these traditional recipes made from simple ingredients, giving you the chance to participate in preparing some of the dishes yourself.
This experience is not only about food; it’s also about immersing yourself in the customs and traditions of the warm-hearted people of Al-Ahsa, who welcome guests with open hearts and warm smiles. I will share stories about the history and culture of the region, and introduce you to customs passed down from generation to generation.
At the end of the experience, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy what we’ve prepared together—a moment filled with joy and laughter as we share food and pleasant conversations. I’ll conclude this gathering with a small gift as a token of Hasawi hospitality, to remind you of the warmth you felt during your visit.
I promise you an unforgettable experience that combines delicious flavors, rich history, and unmatched Hasawi hospitality.
