In this experience, you will enjoy learning about the history and culture of AlUla through the dishes you taste. Each dish is served with a blend of authentic flavors that make you feel as if you are living in an ancient era, enjoying the beautiful and relaxing rural atmosphere. You will also have the opportunity to explore the farm, pick fruits (seasonally), and interact with and photograph the farm animals.

Host Instructions

The duration of the experience is 4 hours. You can choose to attend the experience at any time between 7 AM and 8 PM.

Main Dishes:

  • Jareesh: A traditional Saudi dish made from crushed wheat, served with tender meat or chicken, infused with spices and rich flavors.
  • Qursan: Thin bread cooked with a savory broth of meat and vegetables, creating a hearty and flavorful experience.
  • Kabsa (Meat or Chicken): Saudi Arabia’s most beloved dish, featuring spiced rice paired with either meat or chicken for an aromatic and satisfying meal.

Appetizers:

  • Fresh Salad: A mix of seasonal vegetables, garnished with local spices for a refreshing start.
  • Traditional Soup: Warm, comforting soups made from fresh, wholesome ingredients.
  • Samosa: Crispy pastries filled with flavorful meat, vegetables, or cheese.
