My name is Yasser. me and my wife are so excited to welcome you to our home to try the real traditional Saudi experience and hospitality such as Arabic coffee with Hasawi dates. In our home you will see different Saudi traditions, I am from Al-Ahsa and my wife is from Jeddah, so you will see mixed Saudi cultures. Also, we will try some of these dishes, especially from traditional Saudi and Gulf cuisine, such as: All kinds of Mashkhul dish ( meat, Fish) Camel meat Kabsa ( Camel meat, Rice & vegetables) Chicken grills ( chicken & spices) Grape leaves: (rice, meat, fresh herbs ) Lamb chops with potatoes Maqlouba dish (Rice cooked with chicken and vegetables) Mahashi (vegetables stuffed with Rice and cooked in spiced tomato sauce) Biryani (rice, meat, spices) Hasawiyya Asida with dates (wheat, dates, cardamom &saffron) We are so excited to welcome you at our home.
