Traditional Hejazi hospitality will be served, reflecting the warmth and generosity of the local people. Visitors can also try on traditional Hejazi clothing and capture unforgettable photos in an atmosphere that echoes the charm of history, fully immersing themselves in the experience.

Appetizers:

  • Seasonal Hejazi Salad (fresh vegetables, olive oil, lemon juice).
  • Traditional Lentil Soup (lentils, onions, celery, spices).

Main Dish:

  • Hejazi Chicken Rice (basmati rice, marinated chicken with Hejazi spices, tomatoes, onions, spices).

Pastries:

  • Stuffed Hejazi Pastries (soft dough, minced meat, Hejazi spices).

Dessert:

  • Luqaimat with Honey (fried dough, natural honey, sesame seeds).
