You will have the opportunity to uncover culinary secrets and learn methods for preparing some of the most famous traditional dishes. I will share with my guests the stories of the customs of the city's people, as well as our inherited secrets for preparing these delicious dishes in easy and fast way.

You can choose to cook a maximum of 2-3 dishes from the following options (Main dish + side dish + appetizers)
The menu

-Samosa (fried pastry with a savory filling, including ingredients such as spiced potatoes, onions, peas, and meat).
-All types of soups
Main dish:
-Saleeg(rice, broth, butter, milk)
-Kabsa (rice cooked with meat or chicken and special spices)
-Mandi (rice cooked with meat or chicken and special spices)
-Biryani (rice cooked with meat or chicken and special spices)
-All kinds of Edamas (meat or chicken cooked with vegetables and special spices)
-Moussaka(eggplant- or potato-based dish, often including ground meat)
-Maqluba (Meat, rice, and vegetables)
-Koshary( Pasta, rice, black lentils served with fried onions and spicy tomato sauce)
Side dish:
-Mento (Dough, stuffed with different fillings, whether vegetables or chicken. Form the dough, cook it on steam, and serve it with hot sauce).
-Bechamel (pasta cooked with ground meat and béchamel sauce)
