If you want to learn how to make one of the most popular sweets in Al-Ahsa, don't miss the opportunity of making the delicious Maltoot step by step from scratch on "Lamya's Table" and enjoy the traditional taste that is usually served on the happy occasions of Al-Ahsa people. Maltoot is a traditional Hasawi biscuit consisting of: (flour, eggs, sugar, oil, and cardamom stuffed with dates).

introduction about your host

I'm Lamya :) a translator and a lecturer. My love for languages, photography and learning about new cultures made me interested in tourism where I practice my passion. My city, Al-Ahsa, is known for its rich heritage, customs, handicrafts, and delicious dishes that are worth trying.
