Welcome to our family farm in Althumama! You will meet some of my family members, and we are excited to serve you our original Saudi Coffee along with the farm's organic dates. Afterward, we will take you on a tour around the farm, showcasing palm trees and different types of dates. Following the tour, you'll have the opportunity to taste our traditional Saudi food. Appetizer: Mutabbaq(a fried and stuffed dough filling with different fillings, you can choose from meats, eggs, garlic, ghee, onion, and peppers. Main course: - Matazeez, is a traditional Saudi dish(It consists of dough cooked with rich , meat, vegetables, and spices. - Madfoon, a dish that involves extensive cooking techniques from place to place. (It consists of a combination of meat, rice, and spices cooked underground). Dessert: - Hanini (a traditional Saudi sweet made from dates and brown flour).
