Next, we will prepare authentic Saudi coffee, a beverage that embodies the spirit of generosity and hospitality in our culture. Together, we will learn the steps to make it and enjoy its rich taste along with dates and traditional sweets. Then, we will move to the kitchen to cook some popular dishes.
You will discover the cooking methods and the secrets of the flavors that make each meal a unique experience. Additionally, we will bake traditional Saj bread, known for its distinctive flavor and thin texture. At the end of the day, you will have the opportunity to wear traditional clothes and take memorable photos, allowing you to cherish the memories of this wonderful day and share this unique experience with your friends and loved ones. Hello! My name is Huda Al-Juhani, and I’m passionate about keeping the traditions and heritage of AlUla alive. I enjoy crafting with palm fronds, embroidery, and wood burning. One of my favorite activities is drawing the historical landmarks of AlUla and bringing them to life through embroidery. I also love cooking, especially the popular traditional dishes of AlUla, and I take pride in making different types of bread to serve my guests. I warmly welcome tourists to my hometown, where I guide them through the old town and the historical sites, sharing the beauty and rich heritage of AlUla with them.
