I visited many cities inside and outside the Kingdom and discovered that every country has its own culture. My passion and love for cooking started when I was 15 years old. I used to see my grandmothers cook Saudi dishes from different cultures, such as Hijazi dishes called Bukhari and Mentu or a Najdi dish called Marqooq, Jareesh. Welcome to my home. We will cook some Saudi dishes from my house and talk more about Saudi food. You can choose from the Najdi menu three dishes you are interested in cooking: - Hail Rice - Kabsa (rice with chicken Saudi style) - Jereesh (crushed wheat with onion) - Marqouq (rounded wholemeal flour with mixed vegetables) - Tuman (it is a winter dish that includes beef with mixed spices and vegetables) - Kabiba (Balls of bulgur stuffed with meat) - Haris (Crushed wheat mixed with meat) - Hunaini (Brown flour mixed with dates) -Date Easidat (wheat flour cooked in water with honey, dates, and ghee) - Masabib (flour, sugar, honey, ghee) - Marahif (Saudi crepe) At the end of my experience, I will give you a simple gift expressing Saudi culture.
