- Jareesh with caramelized onions (jareesh: cracked wheat, water, ghee, onions)
-Kabsa with chicken or lamb (rice, spices, chicken or lamb)
- Gorsan (wheat flour, water, meat and vegetable broth).
Then we’ll serve a traditional dessert, Saudi-style:
-Muhallabiya pudding (milk, starch, rose water).
