Main Dish: Hijazi Saliq – rice cooked in light broth with roasted chicken. Bukhari Rice – rice cooked with carrots, orange zest, and orange juice, served with chicken or lamb and topped with raisins and toasted almonds. Side Dishes: Daqoos Salad: tomatoes, coriander, garlic, lemon, and black pepper. Special Salad: tomatoes, parsley, cucumber, and onions soaked in vinegar, seasoned with salt and black pepper. Pickles and Local Appetizers. Dessert and Beverages: A selection of dates and traditional Hijazi sweets such as Maamoul and Ghraibah. Mohammed and Howida are a married couple, Mohammed is General Manager of Human Resources {retired} Howida is National sales Manager {retired} and a licensed tour guide. We own a Food truck restaurant called “Table for Two” that specializes in smoked meat 16 hours

Our stay with Howida and Mohammed was absolutely fantastic. They made us feel completely at home in their beautiful house. They cooked amazing meals, and took us to all attractions in the area. We felt fully immersed in the culture and loved every moment of it! We would highly recommend if you want to immerse yourself in a unique experience and amazing time enjoying Saudi culture!!
