Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by Ibrahim, embodying the spirit of Saudi generosity. The evening begins with the preparation of authentic Saudi coffee, starting from roasting the beans, grinding them, and brewing them the traditional way. The coffee is served alongside organic dates, a staple of Saudi hospitality.

Following this warm welcome, you will enjoy a traditional Suhoor meal, carefully prepared by local families and farm residents, ensuring an authentic and home-cooked dining experience.

  • Kabsa with Lamb or Chicken (Fragrant rice with saffron and spices, served with tender lamb or chicken)
  • Freekeh Dish (Cracked wheat cooked with spices and choice of meat)
  • Masooma Stew (Traditional wheat and spice-based dish)
  • Mansaf with Lamb or Chicken (Rice dish served with yogurt-based sauce and meat)
  • Green Beans with White Rice (Fresh green beans in tomato sauce served with rice)
  • Okra with White Rice (Okra stew cooked in a flavorful tomato sauce with rice)
  • Molokhia with White Rice (Rich, garlicky molokhia stew served with rice)

My name is Ibrahim . I was born and raised in AlUla, specifically on our family farm. I worked as an anesthesia technician throughout my career, and now I am retired. My passion lies in agriculture and raising camels, sheep, and horses, which I see as a significant part of my heritage and culture. I am also skilled in cooking traditional dishes. I have extensive knowledge of AlUla’s geography, its valleys, mountains, and the surrounding desert.
