Saudi Coffee The most iconic beverage in Saudi hospitality. Prepared from lightly roasted coffee beans mixed with cardamom and saffron and served in a traditional dallah pot with dates and heritage sweets. It is presented with elegance, reflecting the refined taste and authentic Hijazi traditions. Interactive Cooking Experience Guests participate in preparing the dishes themselves. Saliq: Made of rice cooked in chicken broth, served with roasted chicken and flavoured with salt, black pepper, and cardamom, topped with ghee before serving. Bukhari Rice: Made of rice, shredded carrots, grated orange zest, and orange juice, cooked in chicken or meat broth, and garnished with raisins and toasted almonds.
