Step into an unforgettable cultural and culinary journey through the heart of Najd. In this experience, you’ll be welcomed with a cup of authentic Saudi coffee and premium dates, while learning about the deep-rooted traditions of Saudi hospitality and its beautiful symbolism.

We’ll then move into the kitchen, where we’ll prepare and enjoy beloved traditional dishes passed down through generations. You’ll learn how to make Najdi favorites such as Jareesh (cracked wheat with yogurt and meat), Marqouq (thin dough with vegetables and meat), Aseedah (warm wheat dough served with ghee), Qursan (bread soaked in stew), Marahiif, and Marsaee’—as well as the iconic Saudi Kabsa (with either meat or chicken).

You'll also get to taste a variety of Arabic dishes like Koshari, Mahshi (stuffed vegetables), and popular salads. For dessert, we’ll enjoy a selection of traditional sweets and baked goods, all prepared with care and expertise.

Every dish and drink served is made under my personal supervision, from selecting the finest ingredients to roasting and grinding the coffee myself. Drinks include Saudi coffee with saffron and cardamom, traditional teas with mint, ginger, or karak, and refreshing cold beverages.

We’ll end the experience with a warm tea gathering, exchanging stories and traditions from the Najdi culture—a heartfelt and flavorful memory you’ll carry with you long after the last sip
